Experienced Workday Adaptive and Workforce Planning Resource.
minimum 5 years of experience in developing Workday Adaptive Planning implementations as well as extensive experience in workforce planning for large organizations.
knowledgeable and experienced in the design configuration optimization and management of both Workday Adaptive Planning and Workforce Planning.
Deep understanding of how to leverage both systems to create meaningful insights to inform strategic decision making
Responsibilities include:
1. Design configure and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models
2. Design configure and optimize Workforce Planning models
3. Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning processes
4. Analyze data and create solutions to drive decision making
5. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to users
6. Develop maintain and communicate technical documentation
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
