Primary Teacher

• Collaborate with sales team to identify prospect needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs
  
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients on the industry and our platform.
  
• Conduct product evaluations and proof of concept (POC) exercises to demonstrate platform capabilities
  
• Serve as a technical and platform expert during the sales process, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed
  
• Work with customers/prospects to understand their requirements and provide the appropriate recommendation
  
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing technical support and advice
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in cloud technology, competitor landscape and provide insights and recommendations to clients and team members
  
• Contribute to the development of new features in the platform based on client feedback and market trends
  
• Become an industry expert over the course of time and work with the marketing team on thought leadership activities.
  

Requirements

• Preferably a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  
• 5-9 years of experience in presales, solution consulting or related role
  
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/ GCP/ Azure
  
• Should have demonstrated strong work experience in the software procurement space
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client base through technical solutions
  
• Prior Experience managing the region/ US customers will be a plus.
