Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced AI ML Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru/Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for prioritizing ML Data Science and Machine Learning product roadmaps based on OKRs and business priorities leading a team of backend developers and ML engineers coaching best practices architecting solutions building data solutions working with eventdriven designs and bigdata technologies and contributing to feature stores ML observability and automated MLOps systems. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical knowledge leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with varied stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a technical background with strong knowledge and experience in SQL and Python programming high development standards experience with performance optimization in the endtoend data pipeline and previous experience in managing a team of data scientists.
