FlairDeck is seeking a Business Analyst Loyalty Program to join our team in Gurugram. This is a fulltime onsite role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to identify develop and implement loyalty programs that will help drive business success. The Business Analyst Loyalty Program will conduct research and analysis generate reports identify trends and provide recommendations to clients and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- 3 years of experience in business analysis specifically in the development and implementation of loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies
- Proven analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets identify trends and generate insights that drive business outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights and recommendations to clients and crossfunctional teams both verbally and in writing
- Team player collaborative and able to work well with crossfunctional teams
- Selfstarter with a passion for innovation and an ability to work in a fastpaced environment
