• 3 years of experience in business analysis specifically in the development and implementation of loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies
• Proven analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets identify trends and generate insights that drive business outcomes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights and recommendations to clients and crossfunctional teams both verbally and in writing
• Team player collaborative and able to work well with crossfunctional teams
