Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support representative at Hiringlabs Business Solutions you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy
- Providing product information and guidance to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs
- Identifying and reporting trends in customer issues and feedback
