Lohono Stays is a leading luxury villa rental company that offers an exclusive selection of
premium vacation homes in the most soughtafter destinations. We cater to discerning
travellers seeking the ultimate luxury experience providing a range of exceptional
properties combined with topnotch services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with brand
objectives and growth targets.
Oversee the creation of engaging content for online and offline channels including
social media website email campaigns and print materials.
Analyze market trends conduct competitor analysis and gather customer insights
to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads support conversions and
optimize the customer journey.
Manage and track marketing budgets ensuring costeffectiveness and maximum
ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners influencers and
industry stakeholders.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs
and metrics.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in
marketing and hospitality.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master s degree in Marketing Business or a related field
Proven experience in brand management or a related field preferably within the
luxury or hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong stakeholder management and networking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
