Vice President - Project Delivery

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project delivery strategies to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the allocation of resources and monitor project progress to mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across project teams ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Implement best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and project milestones to executive leadership.
• Lead the development and implementation of project management processes and standards.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of project management tools and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project governance standards.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for project delivery teams.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and alignment of project delivery initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Resolve escalated issues and conflicts related to project delivery.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of project budgets.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on project delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong strategic planning and decisionmaking skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed to support project delivery initiatives.
