Company Profile :
A 30 year young Engineering company based in Mumbai. The company specializes in fluid handling Automation Paint and sealant Robotic systems for manufacturing plants of the automotive OEMs. The company is a leading supplier of Turnkey systems for spray finishing paint circulation sealant adhesives and lubrication. We also cater to the two four agriculture construction segments of most of the OEM clients.
Purpose of Job:
Planning and overseeing projects from the kickoff through to completion.
To improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of a company or division.
Managing staff overseeing the budget. Developing a detailed project plan understanding the scope of the project understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks
End to End Project management and site management

Completion of all projects on time
Completion of all projects within Budget
Final acceptance of all projects by customers
Customer Satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Liaison with customer for project kickoff and review on defined frequency.
Manage a team of project Engineers & site Engineers.
Oversee daytoday operations assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion and accomplish weekly target of the project milestone.
Recruit onboard and train highperforming employees to achieve the objectives.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
Set policies and processes.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Contractor management for onsite installation
Delegate responsibilities to the bestqualified employees for good quality and timely completion of project.
Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
Required Knowledge:
Handson experience on MS project
BE Mechanical / Instrumentation MBA in operations or PMP Certification (Optional).
15 20 years experience in Managing EPC Industrial projects.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of business process and functions.
Strong analytical ability.
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
Problemsolving aptitude.
Experience of EPC projects for mechanical Electrical in large industries.
Position Requirement:
Planning and executing projects to achieve their goals within constraints (such as time cost and quality)
Communicating project status to stakeholders. Review and assess project performance on monthly basis and present monthly reports to senior management.
Strategic Planning: The PM aligns project planning and execution with the organizations strategic objectives ensuring that resources are utilized in the most effective way in order to complete the projects to the customers satisfaction and within timeline as well as budget.
Resource Management: Oversees the allocation and utilization of project resources ensuring they are utilised efficiently and effectively.
Risk and Issue Management: Identifies and manages project risks and issues.
Training and Mentorship: The PM provides ongoing mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
Project Monitoring: Track the progress of individual projects handle emerging issues and ensure adherence to project plans.
Reporting and Analytics: Analyses project data providing regular reports to stakeholders on project performance and insights for decisionmaking.
