Job Title: Lead MERN Stack Developer

Role Overview:
As a Lead MERN Stack Developer you will be responsible for spearheading our web development initiatives leading a team of developers and ensuring the seamless delivery of highquality products. Your expertise in MERN (MongoDB Express.js React.js Node.js) stack development will be crucial in driving innovation and scalability.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of MERN Stack Developers providing technical guidance mentorship and support in project execution.
Architect and develop robust scalable and highperformance web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews ensuring code quality best practices and performance standards.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team by implementing the latest technologies and best practices.
Work closely with product managers designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.
Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to constantly improve development processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
58 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript React.js Node.js and MongoDB.
Experience with HTML CSS RESTful APIs and related web technologies.
Indepth understanding of software development methodologies best practices and design patterns.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment and effectively manage multiple projects.
