About Taxmann :

Besides publishing books it maintains the most accurate and largest online database on Directtaxes (Domestic as well as International Taxation) Corporate Laws Indirecttaxes Accounts & Audit and Indian Acts & Rules. Taxmann has sales offices/resident representatives throughout India and overseas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation Month End Journals Month End Reporting
2) Will be jointly / independently responsible for end to end month/quarter/year end close activities
3) Responds to financial inquiries by gathering analyzing summarizing and interpreting data
4) Assisting team with yearend audit requirements
5) Ensuring proper documentation of process SOPs are maintained & updated
6) Special projects and other duties as required
Education and Qualifications
1) 13 years in a professional accounting position in corporate accounting
2) Experience in dealing with intercompany transactions
3) Strong Excel skills
4) Proficiency/fluency of English language spoken and written
5) Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
6) Needs to be flexible with working hours when required by the company and assigned by the Finance Manager
