Risk analytics Associate

• Develop and execute a comprehensive risk analytics strategy aligned with the companys goals and risk appetite.
• Identify and leverage emerging technologies and data sources to enhance risk analytics capabilities.
• Lead the development validation and deployment of predictive models for credit scoring fraud detection and other risk assessments.
• Collaborate with data scientists engineers and product teams to integrate models into our fintech platforms.
• Implement realtime monitoring systems to track transactional and behavioral data for anomaly detection and fraud prevention.
• Utilize machine learning techniques for continuous improvement of monitoring systems.
• Conduct indepth data analysis to identify trends patterns and potential risks.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements in the fintech industry and ensure compliance in risk analytics practices.
• Provide guidance on risk implications for new initiatives.
• Design and execute stress tests and scenario analyses to assess the resilience of our systems to various risk factors.
• Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
• Develop and produce regular reports on key risk metrics performance indicators and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate risk insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• 2 years of experience in risk analytics within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling machine learning and data analysis tools (e.g. Python R SQL).
• Experience with realtime analytics and monitoring systems.
• Solid understanding of fintech products regulatory landscape and risk management concepts.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
