POSITION OVERVIEW :
1. A/B testing also known as split testing refers to a randomized experimentation process
wherein two or more versions of a variable (web page page element etc.) are shown to
different segments of website visitors at the same time to determine which version
leaves the maximum impact and drives business metrics.
2. Designs and builds components templates dialogs and workflows using the AEM
architecture (Sling CRX OSGI JCR)
3. Candidates must have some experience in CQ5 implementations and be able to
translate their experience into meaningful client insights
4. Some frontend skills (CSS JavaScript HTML) Adobe Target are required
5. Participate in the software design development and implementation using standard
WCM and/or eCommerce platforms such as Adobe AEM (CQ) SDL Tridion Sitecore
Fatwire CrownPeak hybris Oracle/ATG Demandware Intershop and IBM WebSphere
Commerce
6. You will be building websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager
7. You will design and improve internal development methodologies
8. You will be a mentor and leader to other developers on the team
