• Minimum 23 years of experience of working in startups
• Excellent communication skills interpersonal skills ethics and cultural awareness
• Resourceful problemsolving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new skills as and when needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead people strategies and systems with a focus on organisational development
• Work with the leadership team to contribute towards defining the function s strategy quarter on quarter
• Build a cohesive culture in line with the Flam values
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Play an active role in the recruitment strategy and own the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Overview all the HR ops activities like salaries exit interviews rewards and recognitions etc.
• Lead need assessment to build capacity towards employee growth and development
• Lead and guide the team towards data driven decision making across all projects within the function
• Build maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
