Technical Support Engineer Industrial Automation SPM

• 24 years in Technical Support in Industrial Automation / SPM industry
• Good communication skills

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries providing technical support via phone email or onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to industrial automation products and systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
• Document customer interactions technical solutions and product feedback.

• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance of industrial automation products.
• Stay updated on product features upgrades and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Sales Engineering and Product Development to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer experiences and needs.

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical support preferably in the industrial automation sector.
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems PLCs SCADA HMI and related technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for onsite support as needed.
