Job Title: Finance Assistant Manager
Company: Bayfield Food Ingredients Location: Kochin Kerala.
Bayfield Food Ingredients a leading player in the food industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy managing budgets and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Develop and oversee the companys financial planning processes including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
Provide insightful analysis of financial performance to support strategic decisionmaking. 2. Budget Management:
Collaborate with department heads to create and manage annual budgets.
Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints. 3. Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles standards and regulations. 4. Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow by monitoring daily transactions and ensuring optimal cash utilization.
Implement strategies to improve working capital efficiency. 5. Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks. 6. Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. 7. Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a highperforming finance team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the finance department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role preferably in the food industry. Strong understanding of financial principles regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
