Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced project manager with 2 to 3 years of experience. The ideal applicant will be in organizing carrying out and wrapping up projects within the allocated parameters of time money and scope. The Project Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Role And Responsibilities:
Project Organizing:
Create project plans that include a schedule resources tasks and dependencies.
Work together with stakeholders to specify the objective of the task deliverables and scope of the project.
Determine any hazards take appropriate action against them and come up with alternative plans.
Implementation and Observation:
Lead the project and encourage project teams to meet project objectives.
Track the development of the project make that budget and schedule it.
Organizing frequent status meetings and giving stakeholders timely information.
Managing the Resources:
Asure the success of the project allocate and maximize resources carefully.
Work together with department heads to obtain the support and resources that are required.
Communication:
Encourage Smooth communication among teams clients and stakeholders.
Create and present project status reports.
In order to guarantee a speedy resolution promptly address and escalate issues.
Assurance of Quality:
QualityAssurance :
Establish and understand quality control procedures to guarantee that project delivery adheres to requirements.
To find areas that need and best scope improvement do routine audits and evaluations of the tasks.
Customer/ Client Relations:
Create and preserve a solid working with your clients.
Compile and understand the needs and expectations of your clients.
Attain client satisfaction and efficient communication and provision.
Tracking records:
Make sure that the project documentation is correct with the current status report.
Establish the creation of project charters timelines and reports among other paperwork.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree is required in (project management business engineering etc.).
2 to 3 years of project management experience and team building are a must.
Strong leadership and organizing ability.
Outstanding personal and communication skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Able to do multitasking and adjust to shifting priorities.
