Summary
As a Data Analyst in the Strategy and Development team you will play a crucial role in churning and mining
large sets of global data to provide stakeholders comprising of country heads salespeople and other
departments with accurate actionable insights. Your work will directly contribute to informed decisionmaking
processes supporting the companys strategic objectives. Proficiency in Excel along with the ability to work
under pressure and in a monotonous environment is essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and clean global datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare datasets for analysis by identifying and correcting errors inconsistencies and missing
information.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Utilize statistical techniques to interpret data and uncover underlying relationships.
- Generate clear and concise reports presenting key findings and insights derived from the data
analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable
insights.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical
support for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel data visualization and formulae.
- Leverage Excel to streamline and automate datarelated processes.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment ensuring timely delivery of highquality work.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the data analysis
