Product Manager IT services

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap and strategy for IT services
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs and market trends
• Lead crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop GoToMarket strategies
• Drive product development using agile methodologies and best practices
• Monitor and analyze product performance making datadriven decisions to improve outcomes
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
• Communicate product vision plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels
• Work closely with technology teams to align product development with technical capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the IT services industry
• Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing IT service products
• Ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams towards a common goal
