Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure in Dubai & Qatar.
• Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of the organizations data.
• Provide support for software hardware and networking issues.
• Design and develop IT systems and procedures.
• Oversee the implementation of new IT solutions and services.
• Conduct regular system audits and update systems as needed.
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
• Manage IT staff and provide guidance and training.
• Ensure compliance with IT regulations and best practices.
• Participate in budgeting and planning IT projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and meet IT needs.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and advancements.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and applications.
• Support and optimize existing applications and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software hardware and networking protocols.
• Experience with databases networks and cloud services.
• Excellent understanding of computer systems security network and systems administration databases and data storage systems.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and changing environment.
• Certifications such as CISSP CompTIA Security PMP or similar are a plus.
• Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
