Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing serverside logic using Node.js
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Implementing security and data protection
• Designing and implementing data storage solutions
• Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
• Implementing and managing APIs
• Participating in architectural and design meetings
• Developing and optimizing database schemas
• Building and managing microservices
• Conducting unit testing and debugging
• Managing and improving deployment process
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features
• Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices
• Performing code reviews
• Resolving technical issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful services
• Experience with database management
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Knowledge of version control using Git
• Ability to write clean welldocumented code
• Experience with unit testing and testdriven development
• Problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset
• Understanding of serverside templating languages
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus
• Good understanding of serverside CSS preprocessors
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
