Sales Head Textile Industry

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in market market trends & expanding in nearby available city
• Handling accounts of clients from meeting to closure for sales & after sales.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the clients and manage the sales program accordingly
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing terms to create compelling sales collateral & promotion to improve the sales
• Monitor the program across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets
• Provide ontheground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• evelop and implement new sales initiatives strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Review daily reports of field sales success and communicate VOC data to top management
