Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our companys ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements deadlines and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables preparing status reports and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines and schedules.

Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.

Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

Coordinating the development of user manuals training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.



Requirements

A bachelor s degree or master s degree in a related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Proven experience in project management of 58 years.

Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

Experience as a construction project manager IT project manager or ERP project manager.

Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

Understanding of ERP implementation.

Experience overseeing a construction project.

Budget management experience



Need Experienced Candidate who comes from direct sales, key account management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or IT channels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons with govt/PSU sales experience can be considered. 5-10 years exp in direct IT product or services sales. Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams. Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS Cloud services. Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement Leadership Skills: proven record of being a team player, speaking binary [precise, concise choice of words] and work in uncertain business environment. Leadership is a behaviour and not a formal role in this JD. Represent the core five values of Rapyder and imbibe the same in daily behaviour. Remote working. Excellent written and spoken English. Business communication is vital and we cannot conduct training on this. Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging. Being able to work independently, build relationships and respond quickly. Desired Skills: Experience working in a small, entrepreneurial company Has a strong drive for results & to be part of Rapyder's growth journey. Good knowledge of local language, local city /state based accounts and established contacts in at least 10 top accounts of your region.
