We are looking for a highly skilled MIS and Data Expert with advanced proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in management information systems data analysis and Excel. As an MIS and Data Expert you will play a key role in consolidating analyzing and presenting data to support decisionmaking processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust MIS systems for efficient data management and reporting.
Consolidate data from multiple sources into a single database or spreadsheet.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
Create custom Excel templates and dashboards to visualize and present data effectively.
Utilize Pivot Tables to summarize and analyze large datasets.
Automate data collection analysis and reporting processes using Excel macros or other tools.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity within the MIS systems.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in MIS data management and Excel.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in MIS Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
Proven work experience as an MIS and Data Expert or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables complex formulas functions and macros.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar.
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL querying is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discipline to work and creative mind set required.
