Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting gynecological examinations and medical assessments.
• Diagnosing and treating gynecological illnesses and conditions.
• Performing surgical procedures such as hysterectomies and laparoscopies.
• Providing prenatal care managing highrisk pregnancies and assisting in childbirth.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds and blood work.
• Discussing and explaining treatment and surgical options with patients.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as oncologists and endocrinologists for comprehensive patient care.
• Documenting patient medical records accurately and efficiently.
• Keeping uptodate with the latest developments and research in gynecology and obstetrics.
• Participating in educational and community outreach programs related to womens health.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with patients colleagues and healthcare institutions.
• Adhering to medical ethics and legal regulations.
• Ensuring a high standard of patient care and safety.
• Participating in oncall schedules and emergency gynecological care as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Licensure to practice as a Gynaecologist in the relevant location.
• Proven experience in gynecological surgical procedures.
• Strong surgical skills and knowledge of relevant medical equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate and sensitive care to female patients.
• Indepth understanding of reproductive health menstrual disorders and menopause management.
• Proficiency in interpreting medical imaging and test results.
• Uptodate knowledge of gynecological treatment options and medications.
• Commitment to patient education and advocacy for womens health.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary medical team.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
• Adherence to professional and ethical standards in gynecological practice.
