Assistant Vice President AVP - Civil Pellet Plant

• Leadership and Strategy:

1. Provide strategic direction for civil engineering activities related to Pellet and Steel Plant operations.
2. Lead a team of engineers and ensure efficient project management.

• Project Management:

1. Oversee the planning design and execution of civil engineering projects for the Pellet Plant.
2. Ensure adherence to timelines budgetary constraints and quality standards.

• Technical Expertise:

1. Demonstrate indepth knowledge of Pellet and Steel Plant processes and operations.
2. Implement innovative solutions to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.

• Regulatory Compliance:

1. Ensure compliance with local and national regulations in all civil engineering activities.
2. Collaborate with relevant authorities to secure necessary approvals.

• Stakeholder Management:
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams and contractors.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in civil engineering roles within the Pellet and Steel Plant industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
