Project Manager

A professional civil engineer who has planned and executed commercial / industrial / high rise civil projects including civil execution coordinating with MEP Services and intrior & Facade finishes . Should be able to plan construction activities, scheduling,monitoring of the overall project. key role will be to envisage, plan schedule activities, coordinate people and processes to ensure that a project is delivered on time and produce the desired results . he will be the sole person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline . Responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Needs to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

• Coordinate internal resources and third/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholder and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Delelop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope,schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems,Tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to manegement as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
