Job Advert: Recruiter / Resourcer

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential candidates through various recruitment channels
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements
• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the recruitment database
• Advertise job vacancies and manage job postings
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in the technology industry
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position is annual and will be in Rand (R). The maximum experience required is 3 years.
