• Team Leadership: Build mentor and manage a highperforming team of automation engineers fostering collaboration and ensuring project success.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development testing and operations teams to seamlessly integrate test automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Standards and Best Practices: Define and enforce coding standards best practices and automation guidelines to maintain consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying abreast of industry trends evaluating emerging tools and recommending enhancements to existing processes.
• Project Oversight: Provide technical oversight for automation projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation frameworks processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Over 14 years of experience in IT with software test automation
• Proven experience as a Test Automation Architect with a strong focus on team management.
• Expertise in test automation technologies frameworks and tools.
• Experience in selenium test automation framework java and other test automation frameworks
• Track record of designing and implementing successful test automation solutions for complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills capable of motivating and guiding a technical team.
• Thorough understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and enforce automation best practices and standards.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
