Position Overview:

As a Lead Interior Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of the consultancys projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a creative vision strong leadership skills and a passion for creating unique and functional spaces that exceed client expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced designer to make a significant impact within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop cohesive design concepts.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial concept development to final implementation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements ensuring a personalized and tailored design approach.
• Stay abreast of industry trends materials and technologies to integrate cuttingedge elements into designs.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure the successful execution of design concepts and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in relevant design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and project management.
• Previous experience working on commercial residential and hospitality projects is highly desirable.
