Position Title: Appointment Setter
Work Setup: Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Onthejob training for 1 month with Php 1000.00/day allowance. Once passed after 1 month: Php 25000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN APPOINTMENT SETTER

Your Responsibilities as Appointment Setter would be:

Familiarizing the essential details of products and services.
Response to inbound calls and provide outbound calls.
Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided.
Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
Set appointments as required.
Keeping detailed log of calls for records.
Attempting to contact prospective clients who have been unable to contact for timely followup.
Provide general administrative support such as rearranging schedules managing database for logs and records.
Assist on lead generation if required.

Qualifications as Appointment Setter:

Minimum 1 year of call center experience in BPO industry.
Must have 6 months of Appointment Setting Lead Generation and Telesales experience.
Excellent communication skills; Fluent in conversational English.
Great phone etiquette skills and courteous disposition.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with minimal supervision once fully trained.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
Handson experience in data entry using MS Office CRM or other similar software.
