Project Support Officer - High Security Clearance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent Project Support Officer with toplevel security clearance to assist in the smooth running of our critical projects. The candidate will provide essential support to project managers and teams ensuring administrative and operational activities are conducted effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning scheduling and coordinating project activities.
   
2. Maintain comprehensive project documentation ensuring all documentation is organised and accessible.
   
3. Support the project manager in resource management and budgeting activities.
   
4. Assist in monitoring project progress and performance.
   
5. Coordinate and attend project meetings ensuring accurate minutes are taken and distributed.
   
6. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
   
7. Manage project risks and issues logs ensuring they are updated accurately.
   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business Management or related field.
   
2. Experience in a project support or administrative role is desirable.
   
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
   
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
   
5. Proficiency in project management software.
