Integration Engineer - Categorie Protette L6899

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to provide 1st Line application support primarily for financial risk solutions hosted on cloud. We would train the right person in our products.

This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Provide First Line product support to various clients running the financial risk solutions onpremises and on Cloud. This entails answering product related queries involving product usage and design product issues configuration software updates and integration with thirdparty products.
  
• Respond to incoming Client Support requests and ensure that issues raised are resolved promptly and to the client s satisfaction within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
• Replicate client issues within internal environments.
  
• Partner with other subject matter experts to jointly resolve complex issues.
  
• Acquire and keep abreast of new changes within the solutions knowledge of implemented our software and client customisations.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience of application support from a software vendor preferably in the Financial Markets sector and hosted in a cloud based environment
  
• Numerate/Technical degree
  
• Good hands on use of Unix commands / file systems and Unix application installation and shell scripting
  
• Some development experience and coding skills (Shell scripting Python Perl Visual Basic).
  
• Systems interfacing or data migration between systems with mapping tools or bespoke solutions.
  
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and define specifications
  
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  
• Languages: Italian and English
