What we are looking for from you:

• Industry experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile software engineering team. Any software development methodology certification would be advantageous (Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO))
• To have a proven track record leading projects and strategythrough to completion preferably in software delivery
• Experience as a people first leader. Someone who is constantly looking to improve individuals and the team. To have a willingness to learn and grow and support others to do the same

Heres some things you will do in this role:

• Work closely with the Director of Operations & Chief Technology Officer to deliver the strategic goals of the business
• Deliver the technology roadmap in collaboration with the Chief Technology Officer to ensure that our technology platform remains current and meets the needs of our business for future years
• Be the link between business stakeholders and the engineering team defining requirements and work inside the engineering team to deliver high quality software solutions

This role offers Hybrid working with the expectation that you will work from our Nottingham Office (NG9 6RZ) at least twice a week.
