As we rapidly expand around the globe particularly with local Chinese families our Chinese marketing HQ team is also experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a proactive and talented GlobalChinese Marketing and BD Assistant with a specific focus on the Chinese market to join our team. In this role you will be a pivotal part of enhancing our global Chinese marketing initiatives supporting local marketing teams and driving growth in the Chinese market on a global scale.
This is a fulltime remote working position requiring highlevel proficiency in both Chinese and English reading and writing.
What success looks like
Developing Chinese marketing assets such as websites marketing brochures videos and sales templates. This work involves working with HQ English marketing team to translate existing English assets to Chinese auditing and updating existing Chinese contents from local area Chinese marketing teams and copywriting/creation of new Chinese contents.
Building a systematic global Chinese content library with assets that can be accessed and localized by local area marketers.
Supporting Chinese partnership building efforts by researching and finding contact information of potential business partners and media channels in different countries.
Organizing and supporting the endtoend planning and executions of webinars and other related events on the global level and in local markets.
Managing Crimsons presence on Chinese marketing platforms such as WeChat andLittle Red Book.
Actively engaging and working collaboratively with Crimsons country managers and local area Chinese marketing managers helping them polish campaigns that speak to their specific customer needs.
What skills and experience are required
Bachelors degree or higher in marketing communications or a related field.
2 years of experience of Chinese content writing and Chinese social media management experience in creating content for WeChat public account and Little Red Book is strongly preferred.
Basic command of video editing software such as CapCut is required.
Experience with Canva and a basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) is a strong plus.
Creative thinking and project management skills You love exploring new ideas and can see a project through from start to finish on time.
A team player and independent worker who does not require handholding.
Impeccable communications and storytelling skills.
Excellent organization skills and high learning agility and growth mindset comfort in a fastpaced highgrowth and creative environment.
