Software Development Team Lead

Were searching for a Software Development Team Lead.

Must have 3 yrs leadership experience

Must have 5 yrs software engineering experience (with C#/ Spring Boot/ Vue.js/ Relational Databases)

Location: Hybrid in Hrth (close to Cologne) Germany

Language: C1/C2 German required

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the design and development of complex applications
• At least 3 years of technical management experience
• Very good knowledge and practical experience in modern programming languages and frameworks such as C# Spring Boot or Vue.js
• Several years of professional experience in working with relational database systems such as MSSQL
• Sound experience in project work
• Ideally initial experience as a project manager or similar functions for planning and managing teams
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Analytical thinking quick comprehension high problemsolving orientation and structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken German

Responsibilities

• Technical management and support of assigned (internal and external) employees in all subject areas
• Partial lead responsibility for the development software design and implementation of new software and its further development
• Ensuring agreed coordination e.g. program specifications or proper software documentation
• Promoting the professional and personal development of employees
• Helping to define the IT architecture and standards
• Working towards close cooperation with upstream and downstream teams in the software development process e.g. analysis or operations
• Participation and quality assurance in projectbased development tasks with current technologiesEnsuring 3rd level support for inhouse developmentsParticipation in consulting the specialist departments for the development of business applications
