We support those efforts through a strong partnership with our legal team building efficient operational processes and supporting scalable technology solutions in an ever changing regulatory environment.

What Youll Do

• Manage offshore teams workflows by reviewing and thoughtfully critiquing teams work providing actionable feedback and helpful improvements.
• Independently drive operational improvements and quantify the impact of improvements on key metrics
• Manage internal and external workflows for removing banned content (images & words) across all Wayfair Stores and Geos
• Communicate effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders in legal merchandising engineering and data science on status and action plans for highpriority highimpact projects in addition to workflow changes
• Support daytoday operations where needed
• Become subject matter expert and goto person for restriction escalation resolving
• Help define the right backend/frontend solutions for legal needs while keeping in mind an optimal supplier and customer experience

What Youll Need

• 1 years of experience
