We are working with a SaaS tech company that is revolutionizing their space! They specialize in the SMB space and have thousands of customers across the US and Canada. They are a profitable company that is in growth mode looking for their next CRO to report into the CEO and Founder to take the organization into their next stage!
  • Reporting into Founder and CEO
  • Collaborate with the CEO and the senior leadership team to refine and execute the strategic vision
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive continued revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize the sales process leveraging the unique value propositions of software solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee the marketing team in creating and executing innovative campaigns that elevate the brand s visibility and market presence
  • Utilize datadriven insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize performance
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts with product development and customer success
  • Regularly communicate progress challenges and opportunities to the executive team
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and innovative company culture
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing both sales and marketing functions
  • Must have experience scaling highgrowth SaaS companies
  • Experience selling into SMB companies a plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across senior leadership teams
  • Familiarity with the landscaping industry or similar markets is advantageous
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Toronto
