The Position


LIZY is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in France.

    • Youll get the challenge of a lifetime as one ofthe first sales people to join our French team while being able to start with a proven business model and guaranteed funding.
    • You will lead the full funnel Outbound acquisition as well as Inbound pipeline management of LIZY in France.
    • Youll build your own team of Aplayers in Sales from scratch and ensure its ready for strong growth in the years ahead.
    • You will benefit from great internal exposure being the link between French clients and the team in HQ (Brussels) and in France. Your voice will truly count.

About you

  • Experience: You have 5 years of experience as a top sales performer for a leading (digital) company. Experience in a high growth startup environment is a plus.
  • Handson: you like getting your hands dirty. You dont mind leading by example and doing outbound emails/calls yourself. You love talking to leads and customers.
  • Team leadership: You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
  • Sales: You have a strong commercial mindset.
  • Work ethic: you have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver.
  • Deep understanding of the French market: You understand the French culture deeply know why a service such as LIZY is needed and the value it will bring to French SMEs and freelancers.
  • Fluent in French and English.
