Re-Marketing Manager

About the role

TheRemarketing Manageris responsible forprocess management of buying back cars from Hedin/Sixt.

Responsibilities

1. Directly responsible for the used car defleeting planning process coordinating with related resources/suppliers based on the customers flexible requirements.
2. Collaborating with internal teams (After Sales Spare Parts) and customers to define a standard for inspection and damage evaluation.
3. Directly responsible for overseeing the used car inspection and necessary refurbishment process with suppliers.
4. Regularly reviewing KPIs with related suppliers to ensure the best outcomes from the collaboration.

Required skills qualifications and experience:

1. Bachelors degree in automotive engineering Operations Management or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in automotive refurbishment operations with a minimum of 5 years in a Technology management role.
3. Indepth knowledge of automotive refurbishment processes quality control standards and industry regulations.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
5. Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong analytical skills.
