Dutch Customer Service - Rabat or Fes

Tasks

• Listen actively and make an analysis of the customers question and try to solve it yourself as best as possible.
• Consult with colleagues to find a solution. You respect the announced timing and procedures.
• Answer questions and give advice.
• Meticulously regist every contact in a CRM system.
• Expert level in the field of DPD products and services.

Requirements

• Excellent level of Dutch and Fluency in English
• You are customerfriendly and communicate quickly and clearly on the telephone and via email
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Have insight into customer demand and know how to respond quickly to their needs. You have a first work experience in a contact center.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
