Position: Cloud Architect


Location: Remote (9 PM Manila start time)


Role Overview:

Double Yolk is seeking a highly skilled Google Workspace Migration Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead and execute migration projects from various email platforms to Google Workspace. This role involves meticulous planning seamless coordination and exceptional client communication to ensure a smooth transition with minimal downtime. Additionally the successful candidate will provide postmigration support offer technical assistance manage client relationships and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migration Expertise: Lead and execute migration projects from other email platforms to Google Workspace. Plan and coordinate the migration process ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.
  • PostMigration Support: Provide ongoing support postmigration addressing user queries and issues. Assist users in adapting to Google Workspace offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Technical Support: Offer technical support for Google Workspace users via phone and email. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the migration process and beyond. Understand client needs provide regular updates and proactively address challenges.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Document migration processes and support interactions to enhance the knowledge base. Continuously improve migration strategies and support practices based on client feedback and technological advancements.


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in leading and executing migration projects to Google Workspace or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical expertise in Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Prior experience in client relationship management and support operations.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The Ideal Candidate: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer (at least Mid-Senior level) Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies such as: NodeJS TypeScript ReactJS AWS (Lamba, Cognito) SQL + NoSQL - Dynamo/PostgreSQL API development experience Preferrably with Fintech or payments systems industry experience Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Remote work capable (with strong internet connection and computer/laptop set-up)
