Distributor Manager

• Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales targets profitability and distributor performance.
  
• Responsible for planning and execution of area initiatives.
  
• Develops and executes distributor sales processes account and area and channel specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly quarterly and annual volume plan.
  
• Ensures achievement of product availability and visibility based on RPS standards set.
  
• Utilizes data from the Distributor Team in developing the area s monthly quarterly and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.
  
• Drives the quarterly business reviews and the monthly S&OP meetings with the distributors management team
  
• Conducts fieldworks and on the job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel documents on the job learning and reviews performance identifies performance gaps and formulates training programs
  

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4year course
  
• 23 years of Sales experience in Distributor Management (Preferably from FMCG company)
  
• Good negotiation skills and People Management
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Excellent leader with growth mindset
  
• Knows how to drive
