Machine Operator 1st shift

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keep blank materials organized and maintain storage area by size and material
  
• Reading and filling out spec charts
  
• Knowledge of how to operate CNC Lathe (all products use of lathe cutting tool)
  
• Proper setup and adjustments for machine setups
  
• Utilize proper backers for each SKU
  
• Know and perform the proper care of chisel
  
• Utilize proper size die for operation
  
• Make setup adjustments using miscellaneous tools
  
• Know and perform the proper care of chisel
  
• Able to load program in machines/edit programs
  
• Make tool changes using horst
  

Requirements

Benefits

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  
• At least 6 months to one year experience working with sheet metal.
  
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  
• Requires reading writing adding subtracting simple arithmetic involved and the carrying out of instructions; And the use of fixed gauges and direct reading instruments and devices in which interpretation is not required.
