Calling all Business Development Representatives in the Toronto area!

We are searching for a motivated sales professional to join an innovative tech company a leader in delivering cuttingedge PR and Communications software solutions.

This role has an ideal start date of March 1st and offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely a salary of $65000 to $75000 bonus and a prime Toronto location.

Primary responsibilities as a Business Development Representative (BDR):

  • Research and identify key accounts in targeted industries.
  • Build and manage a proactive portfolio of leads.
  • Contact potential clients through various channels (calls emails LinkedIn).
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Total sales cycle of 24 months.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
  • Attend networking events and online conferences to develop contacts.
  • Stay updated on digital intelligence strategies best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for consistent brand messaging and strategy.


To thrive in this role candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of combined sales experience with at least 12 years in B2B sales and at least 1 year in SAAS and/or technology sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Aptitude for technical software products
  • High energy resultsoriented and selfmotivated team player.
  • Solutionfocused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience with social media in a professional setting especially LinkedIn is desirable.
