Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist with expertise in Primavera P6/EcoSys Administration Configuration and Unix Environment. As a key member of our project management team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning monitoring and control of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Primavera P6 Administration:
   • Oversee the administration of Primavera P6 ensuring effective utilization and optimal performance.
   • Configure Primavera P6 to meet projectspecific requirements and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
2. EcoSys Administration:
   • Manage EcoSys providing expertise in configuration and administration.
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate EcoSys with other project control systems.
3. Unix Environment:
   • Possess advanced knowledge and experience working in a Unix environment.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve any Unixrelated issues to maintain a stable and secure working environment.
4. Project Controls:
   • Develop and implement project control processes and procedures.
   • Monitor project performance analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to gather relevant project data.
   • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project control objectives.
6. Reporting:
   • Generate and distribute project control reports highlighting key performance indicators and project status.
   • Provide insights and analysis to support decisionmaking at both project and organizational levels.
7. Training and Support:
   • Conduct training sessions for project teams on the effective use of Primavera P6 and EcoSys.
   • Provide ongoing support to users addressing any systemrelated issues and ensuring optimal utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Project Management).
• Proven experience as a Project Controls Specialist with a focus on Primavera P6 and EcoSys.
• Indepth knowledge of Unix environments.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls with a specific focus on Primavera P6 and EcoSys.
• Demonstrated experience in Unix environment management.
