Location: London W8 (with worldwide travel)

Essential Skills:

Proficient in Mandarin and fluent in English with prior experience working in a private household and handling UHNW clients.

Strong administrative communication and organizational skills.

Flexibility to travel globally multitask and work effectively within a multicultural team.

Responsibilities:

Managing correspondence diaries and appointments.

Organizing travel arrangements (international European local) and liaising with various staff members.

Overseeing household operations in multiple residences (London and Paris) and accompanying the principal during travels.

F&B service occasionally and event planning.

Managing staff and ensuring smooth operations in the principals lifestyle.

Work Arrangement: Shared accommodation provided if necessary.

Livein position requires a 6day working week while liveout involves a 5day working week. Travel is essential and the client is open to sponsoring the successful candidate. Negotiable salary based on experience.
