Role overview
As a Senior Paid Media Account Manager at Cubaka you will ensure the growth of your paid social accounts and the execution of campaigns whilst constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance and proposing new tests.
You will manage your client relationships and you will manage 2 people internally 1 Campaign Manager and 1 Paid Media Executive. This is a hybrid working job covering 2 days at our office in Oxford Circus and 3 days working from home.
As aSenior Paid Media Account Manager at Cubaka you will:
- Have a firm understanding of Paid Media processes and best practices and be communicatory and articulate these concepts in simple terms to both clients and junior colleagues
- Be the main contact on your assigned accounts. You will understand the clients business goals and translate these into paid social objectives always ensuring you manage expectations in terms of expected results and how to achieve them.
- Lead the paid media strategy and monthly paid media plans overseeing the correct implementation and ongoing optimisations with the Campaign Manager.
- Take full ownership of the account/project planning internally and externally and you will manage track and estimate agency revenue and timelines.
- Evaluate opportunities and weaknesses on the client side and aim to drive revenue growth for your accounts.
- Deliver training to your direct reports (x 2) following best practices and your area of expertise. You will use your team members skills to yield results and support them in their career progression and skill growth.
- Help put together pitches/proposals for new clients to secure new business
You will bring:
- 35 years of experience and an indepth knowledge of working on paid social campaigns across main social platforms Facebook Instagram Pinterest LinkedIn TikTok and X (Twitter).
- Great logical skills and a love for numbers; you will analyse platform data draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
- The ability to resource plan and strategise at a senior level.
- Experience overseeing team standards and managing team members to guide better output. Whilst supporting in recruiting for the team and agency.
- Great understanding of financial budgets and tracking
- Proactivity with a determined mindset and attitude to all work. Encouraging and enabling proactivity amongst the team.
