Customer Service - Dutch speaker - Tangier Casablanca

Are you a people person and like to help others Then we have the job for you! We are currently looking for customer service employees who can strengthen our team in the Casablanca and Tangier offices.

The candidate will be working on a project with relatively simple processes you will be initially calling out to clients and shifting to inbound queries and questions from customers also handling orders and reschedule delivery appointments as well as upselling to customers who already have orders in hand.

There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job.

Tasks

• Sale of products to existing customers Contact customers to offer them the opportunity to order new products.
• Appointments Contact customers
• Replan upsell Contact existing customers to reschedule delivery appointment
• Upsell to customers who already have orders in hand

Requirements

• Excellent level of Dutch language
• Working proficiency in English
• Call centre experience is an added value but not required
• Good interpersonal and soft skills
• Basic knowledge of IT tools Commercial acumen (enjoy selling)
• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data
• You can submit proof that you are free of criminal offenses
• Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services)
