Operations ExecutiveManager

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to join our clients team based in Malta. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating transportation warehousing and delivery operations all while maintaining positive relationships with key suppliers. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company regulations and conducting ongoing analysis for process optimization.

Tasks

• Efficiently allocate and manage resources including personnel equipment and materials to ensure daytoday operations run smoothly.
• Continuously analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency reduce waste and improve overall productivity.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and make datadriven decisions for improvement.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain consistent product or service quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses ensuring expenditures align with organizational goals.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among various departments ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of goals.
• Contribute to the development of longterm operational strategies aligned with the organizations overall goals and growth plans.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (business management operations management supply chain management or a related discipline).
• 2 years of experience in operations team management and process improvement within an international set up.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Adaptability to new situations and effective time management for ensuring smooth operations and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
