• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the MR product portfolio
  
• Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product development and improvement
  
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product ideation to end-of-life
  
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of MR products
  
• Develop and manage product budgets and pricing strategies
  
• Monitor and analyze product performance and market feedback, and develop strategies to improve product performance and customer satisfaction
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the MR industry
  
• Strong knowledge of MR technology and applications
  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  
• Proficiency in product management tools and software
  
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
